The International Conference of the Right to Non-discrimination is organized in a partnership between “Dimitre Cantemir” Christian University, National Council for Combating Discrimination, Committee for Human Rights, Cults and National Minorities Issues and European Center for Promoting Non-discrimination and Equal Opportunities – NEDES 2014+  as part of the research project entitled “Ways of promoting the principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunities in modern society”
Its first edition was held in 2007, the European Year of Equal Opportunities, and has reached its 10 th edition in 2016 due to the huge success among specialists in Human Rights, students and master degree students.
The Conference’s main objective is to offer the possibility to specialists in Human Rights and to all interested people to meet and share opinions regarding the way in which the principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunities are respected in modern society.
The Conference addresses to all those who are interested in this field from Romania or abroad emphasizing interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research.
